Deliveries go out 1-2 times per week.
You will receive a confirmation email from us once your order is ready to be delivered with a 2-3 hour delivery window.
At check out, make sure to include your recipient's contact phone number so we can contact them should there be any issues with delivery.
After checking out, please email us with any special message you would like to include in your crate along with any important delivery information.
